Here is how we work:

Placing an Order

Place your order on-line. Subject to product availability and receipt of your payment, your order will be processed within two working days. In the rare case that we are out-of-stock of something you ordered, we will contact you and arrange either a refund or a replacement.

All orders are dispatched via the South African Post Office.

All our products are handmade, therefore appearance and colours may vary between batches.

Payment types

We accept Visa, MasterCard and bank transfers. Credit card payments will go via the Payfast gateway, to ensure your credit card information is safe. If you choose a direct transfer, we will wait before processing the order until your payment is reflected in our bank account. Our banking details will be provided when placing an order.


Please note that the prices as stated on our website are inĀ South African randsĀ and are inclusive of VAT.

If your parcel gets damaged en route

If you receive a damaged parcel, or the parcel contains the wrong products, please let us know. We will need you to return the product to us within 14 working days from receiving them. We will pay postage for this. You can then choose to get a replacement or a full refund and we will pay the postage for that too. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.


We strive to make our products as safe and natural as possible, but one can have an allergic reaction to anything. In the remote possibility that you have such an adverse reaction, please stop using it immediately and consult a medical practitioner.
