Description
Peppermint oil has a fresh & uplifting smell and aids with tension headaches and nausea. It makes you alert and helps with concentration. Muscular aches and pains will benefit from this oil. It should be used in low dilution as it is very concentrated.
Precaution: do not use in the bedroom or before bedtime as it will keep you awake. Not safe for use during pregnancy.
